2nd time on the Epic, and every bit as good as the first time, four years earlier. Certain areas starting to show their age slightly, but doesn't take anything away from this fantastic ship...

2nd time on the Epic and every bit as good as the first. Fantastic staff in every area, great food, drink and entertainment.

Great service from cabin crew and dining staff but terrible customer service from NCL. And complaints since returning ignored.

Many things seem to have changed with NCL since we last sailed before the Pandemic and not for the better. We used to have bottled water in our cabins daily. There is now a small carton each...

Service (waiters, cabin crew etc) was great. Customer service (guest services) worst I have ever experienced
