Travelled with Fred Olsen before and both ships - Balmoral and Bolette - were very comfortable, crew/staff first class and friendly.

This was the first cruise we’ve been on and it was very memorable. The service and quality were excellent and we got to see the Aurora Borealis, which was one of the objects of the cruise.
