Positives. Friendly crew. Great food. Nice cabins (and exceptionally clean).

Negatives. Huge Ship - so didn’t actually make it into the fjord (the highlight of the trip) despite only being moderate 31mph winds showing on the ships tv weather screen.
Embarkation. Complete chaos. Took over two hours!
No allowance for those who need quiet space (eg with dementia/autism). This is a disability rights issue and needs addressing.
Poor communication. Eg No indication that restaurant spaces were available despite not being able to book (and many other examples).
Entertainment. Rubbish daytime events included a lot of retail outlets trying to flog their products. Evening events were good except for misogyny (women dancers in skimpy outfits with lots of legs open poses - not the same for the male performers).
Racism. Eg. I only saw people of colour serving in the restaurants, kitchens and housekeeping. I never saw people of colour in the entertainment performances or spa. It felt wrong and exploitative. It is 2022 and absolutely not acceptable
