Would give higher marks but for the dreadful food served for vegetarians, although I understand they have improved a bit, not much choice, nothing could be done if you did not like what was on menu. Service was always rushed and not up to standard in main dining room.
We had a suite which was very nice and bathroom wonderful, we did not use service of butler.
Nice idea to have buses running from ship to towns in most places, lovely evening arranged for free to the Wellington Cathedral with orchestra and choir was the best thing.
Officers chatted to people who were obvious repeat customers but not to us or other newbies to Azamara and when we left we were practically ignored. I would not sail with them again as I think they are very expensive for what they offer.
