Cruise was excellent. Destinations from western to southern Caribbean and the Panama Canal, fantastic 2 weeks. Embarkation as always simple and quick. Staff on board excellent especially in our restaurant, though we did use the buffet at times. Our balcony cabin was at the back of the ship, fantastic! Very large with table and chairs and two loungers. Would definitely look at the rear ones again. We have used MSC many times and have never been disappointed. Sadly this time upon disembarking in Miami there were significant issues due to the authorities not allowing anyone off, flights were missed. Was a nightmare but the cruise line were not to blame. We have previously disembarked in Miami with no issues. Our cruise happened several months before Covid had an impact on the world. What it would be like when we can restart I don’t know!
