Communication was appalling. I asked about covid testing twice before the cruise and got the same WRONG information twice. Paid on the ship for 2 x full sets and didn't get everything. Uploading test results was a farce, the ship couldn't cope even with reduced numbers, spent 2 full days queuing for help. Crew great, except with disabled. No facilities for the deaf and people with mobility issues sent long routes round the ship. Disembarking at Newcastle required us to take cases almost a mile uphill to the car park. Logistics need serious attention
