A mixed bag with good points but quite a few downsides. Chaos at airport 2hr delay. Booked cabin not available at check in so 1 night in temporary not unpacked. Food average at best, difficult to correlate to menu descriptions. Starters and sweets better, main courses poor. Tea and coffee persistently made using too cold water - improved when self service in second week. Coffee shop - not inclusive- would not stay in business in a U.K. high street - oh for a Nero / Costa / Starbucks Latte! Issues on some shore excursions including safety in vehicles. Complaints re shore excursions refuted on grounds that cruise company is only an agent and is not responsible for any unsatisfactory excursion delivery and has no evident interest in customer satisfaction in that area. Also annoying was excursion companies requiring liability waivers ‘en-Route’ that were not offered for inspection at time of excursion sale. The crew generally tried hard to deliver and are to be commended. On board entertainment was mostly good, but limited after 11pm. Unlikely to book again.
