Embarking was fine but disembarking was a fiasco. There was a sudden growth in requests for assistance in leaving the ship, the queue at leaving the ship was long, guests were ignoring their allotted time of departure and the numbers of assisted guests were pushed to the front of the queue. This destroyed any sense of Covid requirements such as social distancing etc. The suitcases had very limited selection of colours/numbers and as such guests were moving backwards and forwards to locate suitcases, again destroying Covid requirements. Food was fine and service was good but at times there were insufficient numbers of crew serving you in the buffet. We had our two day pre departure tests and the following day arrived at our penultimate port where seven ambulances arrived at the dockside and removed those guests who tested positive. This we were surprised at as there were quarantine staterooms available. We wouldn’t cruise with Cunard again as we felt that there was a lack of support to those guests who were positive with Covid.
