Little or no information available pre or during cruise. Was initially refused boarding at port because of my disability they were informed of months ago. Tendering in port a shambles lost over an hour of trip which meant we just drove up a mountain and back didn’t go to the summit or museum as advertised. 2 ports of call only their excursions available nothing :nowhere else to go. Food in buffet poor, lukewarm and chaotic, items all over the place. Restaurant improved as week continued but small portions lack of choice and not great quality. Evening entertainment was good (except for the so called magician) but nothing else of much interest to do except drink. Balcony cabin 6233 was nice size but had constant repetitive tapping noise that was annoying
Partner had accident disembarking due to lack of safety maintenance
All cabin, waiting and entertainment staff were polite and friendly and helpful. There was a lack of experience due to many senior staff having been transferred to another,newly launched, ship.
I wouldn’t book with celebrity again not the line for us
