Ambience

The shake down cruise did have its moments, like the checking in system crashing as soon as people were allowed in to the building. There were issues first night with seating in the dining room, and also trying to go totally paperless with touch screens all over the place. But they company said they would learn from the criticism ready for the next cruise.
