Norwegian Bliss, Alaska

I had a horrible first time cruise. I went on the Norwegian Bliss to Alaska. We sent sail right into a typhoon that made many people extremely sick. This storm also caused us to be late to our first port. The food was always the same things, that didnt taste amazing. Both toilets and televisions did not work for days. On the last full day, the ships satellite broke so no computers worked on board. This system crash caused us to miss an entire port of call. This crash also made it to where no itemized list of charges were given before disembarking the ship as promised. Norwegian did go ahead and charge my account before I had a chance to review the charges though. I believe they overcharged my account but I now have to wait 7 business days before I can see the itemized bill. I will NEVER use Norwegian again.
