Rhapsody of the Seas, Caribbean

We enjoyed the cruise and the ship but the service in the MDR on our first night was abysmal. This was resolved after we complained but it took two visits to customer services.
Disembarkation took over two hours resulting in us missing a foody tour in Miami. Have contacted RCL twice but no response regarding the latter.
