Cruise disaster , a few days into the cruise the outbreak of Covid19 started and the cruise was cut very short before any facts were established
We had to find our own way home and book flights , which were eventually refunded.
We were given Future cruise credits for the missed days / time on the cruise .
We did book a new cruise which had to be done and taken using the FFC,s within a short timescale
Unfortunately due to a injury we could not proceed with the alternative cruise and have subsequently lost the FFC,s
Therefore a very large loss through no fault of our own , however Princess Cruises don't appear interested .
A poor customer support for Platinum members.
