very underwhelming . having to use the onboard booking app to book the main restaurant and the theatre , on arrival we were told that their was no booking for us . we had to send back four meals that were not cooked in the way that we asked . on disembarkation the luggage collection hall was like a cattle hall , the luggage was not in the correct places . will not go on Iona again .
