Our 11th p&o cruise. Very disappointing. Ship too big, far to many passengers. Had to use an app to book everything and most things were booked up before the cruise. No theatre seats, only able to book one speciality restaurant once. Trips expensive and not as described.
No response to complaints. Food not to the usual standard. There did not seem to be a full complement of staff. Most staff were excellent but overworked. For anyone who had never cruised things were probably great but experienced cruisers would see a massive drop in standards.
The whole ship was over crowded.
We have another cruise booked on Ventura, but we will be cancelling and forgoing the deposit.
P&O have seen the last of us.
