Embarkation in Liverpool: Had to wait far too long (1.5h?) in a very cold arena in order to do initial booking in. Once transferred to the dockside, we again had to wait far too long in the cold, and without any seating this time, in order to get checked onboard.
Disembarkation was fine.
Excellent friendly staff onboard. Good choice of food and activities. Excellent entertainment.
Interesting excursions which we enjoyed. However, we were very disappointed that two of our chosen excursions were cancelled due to lack of numbers. One of those excursions was only added after we were on board and when most people had already committed to other trips. If it had been on at the start it may have got the numbers needed.
