Embarkation was a disgrace. Because of health problems on the previous cruise, all passengers were left to queue for hours at the port with no one checking on the passengers, offering seats or water or any help. Several passengers were in obvious distress
Norwegian Cruise Lines expects everyone to do all paperwork by themselves online. Personally I find this very difficult and had to scramble around to get help with this.
All the crew were exceptional and always helpful
The itinerary on this cruise was excellent.
The cruise was spoilt by the appalling embarkation and the lack of help with the necessary paperwork and information.
