Service as per usual was first class, almost without exception all officers and crew were approachable, friendly and happy to be of service.
The big let down was the dining experience. Breakfast in the main dining room was so slow (30 minutes before meal served) we ceased trying to breakfast there - I believe the problem was in the kitchen rather than with the waiting staff. We subsequently used the buffet and that was fine.
Although on 'open dining' we were only offered 6.00 pm or earlier which we hated.
In terms of food quality and/or menu choices the quality has definately declined and could not be classed as 5* - it was interesting to find that many other guests we chatted to who had cruised with Celebrity before had a similar opinion. Even the speciality dining not only fell short of expectations, but was very expensive - we have previously been very impressed but not this time!
So overall, disappointing but the crew helped make up for it.
