Arcadia, Northern Europe
3
Arcadia showed extreme signs of being underfunded, one specialist restaurant was totally out of commission, food unfortunately was mediocre, entertainment was patchy, comedian good, general singers & dancers at best OK & the Rod Stewart tribute was a joke. The price was low & at that I suppose we got "value for money". The staff could not be faulted.
