Boarding was quick and efficient after completing all info on line.
Mini suite spacious. Plenty of storage space for clothes. Lots of hangers for a change!
Bathroom, would have preferred shower rather than bath with shower over.
Stateroom kept spotless.
Food was good, with plenty of choices.
Took the princess plus package as part of the deal when booking. Plenty of choice of drinks. No problem if choosing more expensive drinks, just paid the difference. Did this only twice the whole cruise just to try the different drinks on offer.
Theatre was quite small for a ship this size.
Ate in Cielio dining room at the same time each night due to age of travelling companion. Thought we were going to get the same waiter/ table each night by doing this, but unfortunately we only had the same waiter for 3 nights then were placed elsewhere each night. Wasn’t a problem, but not what we expected when choosing this option.
The lifts were a nightmare at times, there were 6 , but you needed to push the call button for each one, unlike on other ships we’ve been on, where you push the button and one of the lifts arrives without having to call them all.
The flow of the ship was hard to fathom at first. We were dining on deck 6, bu5 due to the kitchen being in the middle we had to go to level seven and walk through the crown grill bar then down one more level to get to our dining room.
The conservatory was also laid out in alleyways which often meant queuing.
Sun beds were often empty with people using pegs to claim them so others couldn’t use them. There appeared to be no monitoring of this.
If I had one criticism of the ship, it was the lack of seating around the foyer for listening to music in the evenings. It was the same in most bar areas as well.
