A lovely scenic cruise to Scotland

Unfortunately no upgrades and we had an outside cabin. It was okay but usually have a balcony.

No individual toiletries but now full size. Still have awful shower curtains. Shower screen would have been better

Not great service during afternoon tea as very busy. After complaining we were looked after

Interesting talks about artists in the afternoon

Would prefer to be able to choose my own films as Princess cruises. Enjoyed Downton movie in the cinema.

Would have liked a drinks package but not available on short cruises

I love the formality of this cruise line, dressing for dinner etc. Only wish there was a more open style of dining which is only available to club balcony grade and above
