Very disappointed as food throughout the 12 night cruise was cold whether in the buffet, main restaurants or room service. No improvements despite mentioning to chefs, Maitra'D and even the Captain!
Waiters tried their best to help.
Room stewards were excellent. Missed having a sofa in the cabin, with only a chair at the dressing table.
Not keen on Medallion App: names displayed outside cabin which we were not happy about, didn't happen with key cards. Touch screens outside room slow to work for Do No Disturb or Room Available for Cleaning. Waiters often resorted to open and paper for drinks orders or passed to another waiter which meant long wait for your drink. Often finished the meal before getting the beverage.
Despite having done over 20 cruises with various companies and ships we may never cruise again because of the sustained poor food experience.
