Viking Hemming, Douro

This was my 2nd Viking river cruise and it was thoroughly enjoyable.From start to finish everything was excellent. Service ,meals ,excursions,staff friendliness,housekeeping from Pasa was second to none.The cruise was Rivers of Gold my only concern and (this is not a complaint )is that most of the moorings overnight were not places that you could explore as most places were more inland .I wasn’t aware that ships are not allowed to travel overnight on the Douro like they can on The Rhine and Danube.I had a wonderful time on this cruise and I would recommend it to others

We love travelling on Viking cruises! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was great. The excursions were good. We just had a great time and look forward to travelling with them again
