The medallion app is a bit hit and miss. Drinks and food never arrived when ordered this way. Internet coverage not good. Cocktails not particularly good, some not drinkable. Not enough sun beds. Majority reserved with towels before 7am. At adult pool only 18 sun beds. Not enough seats at quiz shows/ entertainment shows at night. Possibly about 100 seats - might be exaggerating though - for 3000 people. Trips we went on not good - not as described re mobility and lack of knowledge from tour guides. Design of ships bar seating (of which not enough seats either) not good. Most are in corridors with people constantly passing by. Main shows hit and miss. Gareth gates good and ‘five show’ good. Comedians not. Smokey on casino floor as smoking allowed there but to get to the bottom tier of main show theatre you have to go through it or go on a detour. Smoke is just not in casino. It filters into guest relations and various bars. Films on lido deck ok but in day you can’t hear them because of noise from pool and there’s no subtitles. Not a lot of activities available. Crown grill food not worth the extra payment. Food in main restaurants and buffet was lovely. Staff were hardworking and pleasant. Stateroom - excellent - beds so comfy. Stateroom steward amazing. Shop staff pleasant and knowledgeable. Singers in bar areas were brilliant.
