We found the pre booking information on the app very stressful as it didn't always respond and it was utterly impossible to contact anyone for help. The embarkation was also long and on the first day there were a lot of problems with the app. I would definitely recommend pre booking all meals, despite them saying it wasnt necessary. After that it was amazing, beautiful ship, excellent staff and facilities. We were first time cruisers and we learnt a lot but will most certainly cruise again.
