Crew were helpful,friendly ,and always had a smile, food best ever, 1 st class holiday, was our first cruise, now we won't want a holiday any other way.

We were allocated cabin 5228, which doesn't exist. Cabin number changed at last minute which caused problems with our account. Had to move cabin, no upgrade, but problem was resolved.
