Olsen Cruise Lines is to offer a selection of longer cruise itineraries this year, with durations from 25 to 46 nights on voyages to the Adriatic, Greenland, Norway, New York, Canada, the Caribbean and Brazil. Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines is to offer a selection of longer cruise itineraries this year, with durations from 25 to 46 nights on voyages to the Adriatic, Greenland, Norway, New York, Canada, the Caribbean and Brazil.
Highlights of the brochure include the following itineraries.
Black Watch will be sailing on a 25-night Centre of Venice & the Adriatic cruise on 13 April 2015. Sailing from Liverpool the first port of call will be Gibraltar. Cartagena in Spain will follow before a call into Catania in Sicily. Kerkira, on the island of Corfu in Greece, will be the next call which will be followed by Kotor in Montenegro. Hvar in Croatia will be the next stop before enjoying the legendary sail into Venice. Here guests will stay in port overnight before heading on to Split and then Dubrovnik, both in Croatia. The next port will be Valletta in Malta followed by Algiers in Algeria. Cadiz in Spain is the final call before heading back to Liverpool. Prices start from £2,609 per person based on two adults sharing a twin-bedded inside cabin and subject to availability.
Balmoral will be sailing on a 35-night Voyage to the American Deep South cruise on 14 September. Departing from Southampton Balmoral will traverse the Atlantic Ocean before calling at Sydney, Nova Scotia in Canada. The next port of call will be Boston, USA, before calling at Salam in Massachusetts. She will then call at Oak Bluffs in Martha’s Vineyard before arriving in New York for an overnight stay. The next port on the itinerary will be Charleston, South Carolina, followed by Savannah, Georgia. Jacksonville, Florida, follows before an overnight stay in the lively city of Miami, Florida. Nassau in the Bahamas will mark the start of the return leg which is then followed by a call into St. George in Bermuda. The final port of call will be Ponta Delgada in the Azores before setting sail back to Southampton. Prices start from £3,239 per person based on two adults sharing a twin-bedded inside cabin and subject to availability.
In other news Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines also announced that the 929-guest ship Braemar will be spend a second cruise season in Harwich International Port, Essex. The first voyage this season from the port on-board Braemar will be the Easter City Getaway cruise on 4 April that will offer overnight stays in Hamburg (Germany) and Amsterdam (Netherlands) and will also call at Antwerp (Belgium).
