A new level of luxury debuts this October onboard Sun Princess, with bespoke amenities, private spaces and premium service

Princess Cruises introduces a new level of luxury onboard Sun Princess from October. The ‘Sanctuary Collection’ is an exclusive package that elevates your Princess Cruises experience to something even more special than ever before.

Guests staying in Sanctuary Suites will enjoy exclusive access to a dedicated top-deck, with snacks and drinks on hand, and even wellness classes.

Back inside, relax in the Sanctuary Club – exclusive for all Sanctuary Collection guests – or tuck into delicious, gourmet dinners in your own private restaurant, discreetly separated from the main ship in a prime location for spectacular dinner views.

The Sanctuary Restaurant, situated at the back of the ship with the best ocean views, features a completely unique custom-made chef’s menu, and a dedicated team of waiters, taking luxury to a new level. And, given that it’s a private dining room, you’ll never need a reservation – just turn up and tuck in.

Of course, if you’re enjoying exclusive access to the very best destinations onboard the ship, then it’s only right that all the top services are also available on tap. And so, the Sanctuary Collection includes the line’s highest-level all-inclusive package: Princess Premier.

Princess Premier is the ultimate unlimited package. With this, you’ll have unlimited access to the internet on multiple devices, enjoy an open bar of premium spirits and a varied and tempting wine list.

Plus, you can dine out at any of the specialty restaurants for no additional charge, and even reserve seats in the theatre so you’ll also have the best seat in the house.

Pretty much anything that usually costs extra onboard is already included in the Princess Premier package, making it the best way to transform your cruise into an all-inclusive luxury getaway.

Suite tour: a look inside a Sanctuary Suite

Refined and elegant, the Sanctuary Suites are only available on the new Sun Princess and soon-to-launch Star Princess.

As you open your front door, you’ll immediately be greeted by a bright welcome thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, which lead out to a spacious private balcony.

More like a swanky Scandinavian apartment than a ship cabin, you’ll feel right at home in your comfortable slippers as you sink into the comfortable sofa with your holiday book, or to flick through the TV channels.

Play games with the family around the large dining table, or order room service for a special meal with the feeling of sailing in your own private yacht.

And then retire to your bedroom for the night. Draw the floor-length curtains on that spectacular view of the moon reflecting in a thousand ripples of the ocean, and ease into the comfiest bed for the best night sleep.

The Sanctuary Collection is available in a range of rooms

If you want to enjoy the Sanctuary Experience without splashing out on the top suite, a range of mini-suites and balcony cabins are also available.

These cabins also offer the elevated experience of the premium amenities and enhanced services onboard and are an ideal option if you want to book the best-location cabins on the ship.

Also beautifully designed, with a calm, neutral colour palette featuring soothing natural wood textures, you’re sure to feel entirely at ease in this pocket of bliss.

Only available on the Sun Princess and Star Princess

This new luxury experience is so exclusive that it is only available on two of Princess Cruises’ fleet. The first ship to launch the Sanctuary Collection was Sun Princess. And when her sister ship, Star Princess, launches in 2025, she’ll be the second ship to offer this elevated experience.

Sun Princess has been sailing in the Mediterranean for her inaugural season and is now on her first transatlantic crossing to Fort Lauderdale for a hotly anticipated Caribbean season.

Set sail on a seven day Western Caribbean cruise, visiting Cozumel, Belize City and Roatan in January, or if you really can’t wait to feel the new sanctuary experience, treat yourself to a five day Caribbean getaway, calling in Amber Cove and Grand Turk, with two days at sea to really enjoy the ship.
