Seabourn reveals new Exotic Voyages for Seabourn Quest in winter 2025/6, with Australia, New Zealand and the gorgeous South Pacific all featuring.

The ship, which is ice-rated and in recent years has explored Antarctica, Europe, and the Caribbean, is making her way ‘down under’ to offer an extraordinary choice of iconic and rarely visited destinations.

Nearly all of Seabourn Quest’s luxuriously appointed suites enjoy the benefit of a spacious private veranda, offering a blissful space for just you and the ocean.

Around the ship – with just 458 guests – you’ll find ample further space for relaxation, socialising and (of course) dining, including the new and sophisticated alternative Mediterranean style dining venue, ‘Solis’.

Extraordinary destinations …
Is there anywhere in the world with a more iconic waterfront than Sydney? The harbour bridge… The opera house… Celebrate Christmas and New Year onboard Seabourn Quest and depart from Circular Quay – the dock right opposite Jørn Utzon’s spectacular Opera House – on December 20, 2025.

This 15-day voyage follows the New South Wales coastline south towards Eden and then treats you to an overnight stay in Melbourne – Victoria’s charmingly relaxed capital. From Melbourne relax as you sail across to the South Island of New Zealand, where you’ll first marvel at New Zealand’s natural beauty in Milford Sound, before exploring ports in all three of the country’s main islands: South, North, and (often unfairly excluded from cruise itineraries), Stewart Island – the last inhabited place on Earth before Antarctica.

A similar itinerary departs Sydney on January 19, 2026, which swaps out of the second day in Melbourne for a day in Hobart, Tasmania.

Seabourn Quest will also offer voyages departing from Auckland, New Zealand. Depart on January 4, 2026, for a 15-day Australia and New Zealand voyage, concluding in Sydney, and you’ll be charmed by Napier – New Zealand’s eye-catching art deco city – destroyed by an earthquake and rebuilt in the 1930s in the style of the day.

Today, Napier is so striking that you’d think you were on a film set. You’ll also dock in Lyttelton – a convenient port town for Christchurch, where the vibrant and modern city centre tells the story of resilience and hope following a dramatic earthquake in 2011.

Voyages around the Pacific ring of fire are enchanting and inspiring. Nature’s spectacular beauty – erupted from the belly of the ocean millennia ago – is fringed by colourful coral, and from Auckland (at the southern reaches of the ring of fire) Seabourn Quest ventures north to immerse you in the culture and splendour of the South Pacific islands.

Embark on the ‘Coral Seas Discovery’ voyage, departing Auckland on February 3, 2026, for 15 days of snorkelling, lagoon swimming, and appreciation of a totally different way of life.

In Bora Bora and Moorea locally made crafts are expertly carved, with the same patient dedication of a black pearl gradually forming in a clamped-shell just off the shore. Quest will offer a series of extraordinary 10-night voyages roundtrip from Papeete, Tahiti which include overnight stays and cultural exchanges with some of the world’s most remote communities.

Time works differently out in the South Pacific – emails don’t ping on people’s wrists with the urgency of a child nagging for a new toy. The sea sets the pace on Dravuni Island, Fiji. The colourful reef fish are the only creatures scurrying around the Cook Islands.
