The popular premium line, known for introducing cruisers to Alaska, is expanding its UK cruises in 2025 with departures from Dover

Holland America Line is making a grand re-entry into the UK next year, basing a ship out of Dover for the first time in years. The exciting return-to-UK season sees Nieuw Statendam sail from Dover on a variety of itineraries, ranging from 14 to 28 days.

And, just to add a cherry to the already tempting cake, you’ll be able to take advantage of the line’s ‘Have It All’ package, which packs in further savings to enhance the overall experience.

Have It All gets even better
Holland America Line’s signature Have It All package allows guests to include all of the ship’s best amenities in the price of the cruise. The discounted upgrade package means you’ll enjoy up to three nights speciality dining, up to US$300 shore excursion credit, all your crew tips are included, the ‘Surf’ Wi-Fi package is already sorted, and the signature beverage package is automatically applied to your account.

In short, the Have It All package turns your premium cruise all-inclusive, so you can enjoy all the finer aspects of the ship without ever asking the price.

And now the ‘Have It All’ upgrade package has been given an upgrade of its own. The new ‘Have It All Early Booking Bonus’ is a time-limited enhancement to the regular package, which upgrades the internet to ‘Premium’ and the drinks package to the ‘Elite’ beverage package.

Enjoy up to three nights speciality dining included
Holland America Line has a focus on fine, freshly sourced and prepared produce to deliver culinary delights across all the different restaurant options.

But for a special night out, the ship’s speciality restaurants add a little extra touch to the occasion. All ships in the Holland America Line fleet feature the line’s classic Pinnacle Grill – the ultimate steakhouse at sea – and Canaletto – a relaxed and authentic Italian dining experience.

Ships in the Signature or Pinnacle class offer an additional Asian fusion restaurant called Tamarind, which adds an exotic flare to the highest-quality and sustainably sourced seafood that Holland America Line is known for.

In fact, the line is so committed to the quality of the fish onboard, that it has recently launched a first-of-its-kind ‘Global Fresh Fish Programme’, where more than 80 varieties of fresh fish are sourced locally – that means it’s loaded in the ports you’re visiting, not unloaded from the chest freezer deep in the hull of the ship – and they’ve even paired up with celebrity-chef Morimoto, who’s taking the helm as the brand’s Fresh Fish Ambassador.

How to spend your $300 shore excursion credit
The ‘Have It All’ package includes up to $300 credit to treat yourself to shore excursions in the ports of call.

With the line’s specialist food and wine tours, you can extend the good food experience into the ports as well.

For example, on a visit to Barcelona, you could head out food shopping with a renowned Catalan chef and then turn what you’ve bought into a delicious lunch, bursting with local flavours. Or, if you’re inspired by the land of fire and ice, why not choose an excursion that will see you touring a boutique distillery in Reykjavik and toasting over a glass something of locally crafted with the artisan themselves.

The opportunities to get out there and really experience the ports of call are endless, and the ‘Have It All’ package brings these authentically local moments to life.
